The staff here were really friendly and nice all the time. Our room was so big and spacious, with a cool view of a faraway sports field. the bathroom was also pretty large. 🌟

Comfortable stay, as always. Exceptionally comfortable and unique accommodation with marvellous setting so close to the airport which was the main criteria, the train station close to the airport and a local restaurant close by. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel had a room overlooking the mountains, which was perfect for us. Our queen room was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel television. the peaceful location, just a 10-minute walk from the center, was ideal. We enjoyed the great restaurant with uncomplicated and delicious food. the smooth check-in process was appreciated, and having a coffee bar was a nice touch.

This seminar-turn-hotel had many large, quiet rooms and was very close to the airport. It was the perfect place to stay for a very early morning flight. The low price was a pleasant surprise.

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful as you would expect although the staff level at breakfast was low. The Bar / Restaurent provide good quality food at a reasonable price.

The directions provided on the Booking .Com website were inadequate with no gps coordinates. The hotel signage was poor and together made finding the place difficult.

The location is convenient for the airport. A train takes you to the old part of Bilbao in 20 minutes.
